Step 2 · Dosing schedule
| Phase | Morning | Evening |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–10 | Epitalon 5 mg | Epitalon 5 mg + DSIP 100 mcg |
| Weeks 3–10 | GHK-Cu 1 mg | DSIP 100 mcg |
Step 3 · Administration
All peptides — subcutaneously into the abdomen. Phase 1 (days 1–10): Epitalon 5 mg in the morning, 5 mg + DSIP 100 mcg in the evening. Phase 2 (weeks 3–10): GHK-Cu 1 mg in the morning, DSIP 100 mcg in the evening (30–60 min before sleep).
Phase 1 (Epitalon): restarting telomerase, normalizing melatonin, antioxidant protection — the foundation. Phase 2 (GHK-Cu + DSIP): on prepared ground — skin/collagen regeneration (GHK-Cu) + maintaining deep sleep (DSIP).
Cellular rejuvenation from within + visible skin improvement outside + quality sleep.
