A complete skin revitalization course
Built from two protocols
Step 1 · Reconstitution
GHK-Cu · 50 mg vial
2.5 ml BAC water
Solvent
20 mg/ml
Concentration
| Dose | Syringe draw |
|---|---|
| 1 mg | 5 U |
Glow 70 · 70 mg vial
2 ml BAC water
Solvent
35 mg/ml
Concentration
Two separate vials — reconstitute each once. Store refrigerated (2–8 °C). Glow 70: 2 mg ≈ 6 U on a U-100 syringe.
Step 2 · Dosing schedule
| Peptide | Dose | Time | Frequency |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 1 mg | Morning | Daily |
| Glow 70 | 2 mg | Evening | Daily |
Step 3 · Administration
Subcutaneously, daily, at different times of day. GHK-Cu — in the morning, into the abdomen. Glow 70 — in the evening, into the abdomen. Do not combine both peptides in one injection.
GHK-Cu is the "builder": it triggers synthesis of new collagen and elastin and activates skin stem cells. Glow 70 is the "optimizer": comprehensive hydration, protection, and texture evening. Morning + evening = round-the-clock skin regeneration.
GHK-Cu in the morning — triggers collagen synthesis during daytime hours when skin actively renews. Glow 70 in the evening — hydration and protection overnight during recovery. Two separate injections at different times — do not mix in one syringe.
Improved skin texture and glow — from week 2. Reduced fine lines — from week 4. Stronger nails and hair — from week 6. Full result by week 8.
