One vial — two peptides for regeneration
Step 1 · Reconstitution
10+10 mg combo vial
Vial
2 ml BAC water
Solvent
5+5 mg/ml
Concentration
| Dose | Syringe draw |
|---|---|
| 250+250 mcg | 5 U |
| 500+500 mcg | 10 U |
Both peptides in one vial — reconstitute once. Store refrigerated (2–8 °C). Draw with a U-100 insulin syringe.
Step 2 · Dosing schedule
| Variant | Dose (both peptides) | Frequency | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | 250+250 mcg | once/day | 8 weeks |
| Intensive | 500+500 mcg | once/day | 6 weeks |
| Twice-daily | 250+250 mcg | twice/day | 5 weeks |
Step 3 · Administration
Subcutaneously. For a local injury (joint, ligament, muscle, tendon) — near the area of pain or damage. For GI recovery or general recovery — into the abdomen. At the same time each day, without skipping doses during the course.
BPC-157 — a gastric-juice peptide: accelerates healing of tissue, blood vessels, and GI mucosa at the local level. TB-500 (Tβ4) — a systemic peptide: increases cell motility, reduces inflammation, and supports regeneration throughout the body. Together they cover local and systemic recovery — which is why they are often combined.
Standard (250+250 mcg, 8 weeks) — baseline recovery, prevention, chronic pain. Intensive (500+500 mcg, 6 weeks) — recent injury, pronounced pain, need a faster effect. Twice-daily (250+250 mcg twice/day, 5 weeks) — acute phase when maximum frequency matters. When in doubt, start with standard.
Joints and ligaments — inject subcutaneously near the area of pain. Muscles and tendons — into the injured area. GI tract — subcutaneously into the abdomen. General post-surgery recovery — subcutaneously anywhere.
No need to reconstitute two separate vials and make two injections. Both peptides in one vial — one shot, double effect. BPC-157 heals locally, TB-500 reduces systemic inflammation. The synergy is demonstrated in research.
Omega-3 (2–4 g/day). Type II collagen + vitamin C. Magnesium bisglycinate for muscle spasms.
